Next Working Day Delivery Option for Orders Purchased Before 3pm.

Shipping and postage:

All items ordered with NextWorking  Day Delivery Service purchased before 3:00PM are sent same day through Fed-Ex, UK Mail, Parcel Force or Royal Mail, currier. Your courrier will depend on the time of day you order, and who is offering the best price for the service that day. Items posted with courriers are sent Next Day delivery service (Mon-Fri) This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that courriers do not deliver on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels.

Free Postage orders over 200 pounds is for mainland UK Monday-Friday delivery service. It does not include weekends and holidays. If you wish to have Saturday services on orders over 200 pounds please select that delivery option and pay incurred fees.

Saturday delivery is costly so order early. If you need Saturday delivery please call us to arrange the service, and be quoted current Saturday delivery prices. Items purchased after 3pm on Friday with next day service will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery option is choosen. Addtional charges for Saturday delivery may apply depending on your location. We will contact you if additional postage costs are required.

If you order after 3pm and need your item Next Day please contact us so we can arrange this service.

Provide your telephone number on every order incase there are delivery or payment issues.

We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay next day delivery.

Your package will be in a discrete packaging, for your privacy.

If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery.

International orders, and off shore UK are not guaranteed next day, as nitrous oxide cannot be shipped via air. Off shore residence please contact us prior to ordering so we can quote you current postage rates.

If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courrier first. You will be proved with a dispatch email from us once your item is posted, this email will have the name of the courrier and your tracking number.

Items require a signiture when the courrier delivers. If you request item to be left without a signiture you are doing this at your own risk. Seller will not be responsible if item is stolen, and buyer will need to follow up with police and courrier. Your item will not be covered by us and we will waive the right to post out another item. If you need a package posted to a work address, or a day time address for you let us know.

If you are not in the courrier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courrier, not us, to arrange redelivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 7 days your package will be returned to our offices. You will need to pay 6.95 pounds and the postage cost for us to re-post your item.

Next Day Delivery is a service provided by the courier. We work hard to full fill next day delivery requests, but seller has no responsibility for delays in the couriers service once item is collected timely. Next Day is a service not a guarantee and no refunds for misfortunate occassions when the service faulters.

Returns:
If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. Nitrous Oxide boxes must not be opened. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.

If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.

Items must be recorded delivery or a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.
