A: Cream chargers are bulbs containing nitrous oxide. A cream whipper is a kitchen accessory. Following the manufacturers instructions on the cream whipper, you insert the cream charger. The gas in the charger mixes with your cream ingredients to produce a fluffy rich whipped cream. One 8g charger will produce approximately 500ml of whipped cream. Do these cream chargers work in any whipper?
A: Yes all of our cream chargers can be used in any cream whipper. Just make sure you use the 8g charger bulbs in appropriate whippers.
How do I order?
A: You can make order and payment via our secure check out process. If you have any issues, you may contact us via our hotline 0845 4595714. We have operators waiting for your call Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 9am-6pm. Please note, our operators cannot take orders over the phone.
I need a large quantity, how do I buy more then 240 chargers in a 14 day period?
Industry standards describe a retail customer as purchasing less then 240 chargers in a 14 day period. If you are a business and require a larger volume, please ask us for a Wholesale Account. Larger volumes will only be dispatched to a registered business address.
Why do I have to make a login and password to order?
A: We have repeat buyers who find it easier and faster to have their mailing address form pre-filled. Also you can access to your own past purchases. We do not save payment details and do not pass your information onto third parties. If you do not want to create a log in please call our operators to make your order (Tel: 0845 4595714.)
How do I make payment?
A: Our website uses a secure check out system in which you can enter your card details. Once payment is processed your details will be destroyed. We accept Visa, Master, Solo, Maestro, and debit cards. You can also use PayPal which is a secure check out used by millions of shoppers annually. Please provide a telephone number during check out in case there are any payment or delivery issues. You can also make payment over the telephone with one of our professional operators. If you need additional payment options please speak to an operator. Your item must be paid for before item is posted. This may delay Next Day delivery.
Is it safe to buy from your website?
A: Our website is hosted by www.ekm.com. It hosts thousands of other shopping websites and must abide by security and privacy policies. Our check out is secured and needs an authorized password for access. Your personal credit card details are destroyed once payment is successful.
What about my privacy and personal information?
A: We do not sell or provide your personal details to other companies or third parties. Your payment details are destroyed once payment is successful. Your name & address is stored in our secure system so that if you order again your information is provided. We agree that spam emails are a waste and do not want to contribute to this system.
How will I know if my item has been delivered?
A: Once your payment has been processed you will receive a "Dispatched" email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not receive this email please check our "junk box" as your email server may have security in place to block unknown emails.
When will I receive my item?
A: Items purchased before 4pm will be posted that day for Next Day delivery with a courier service. Items purchased after 4pm or on weekends will be posted out the next business day. If you purchase after 4pm and need your item for next day please call our operators so we can assist you if possible to get your item to you next day or on Saturday.
How is my item posted?
A: We ship with DPD or Parcel Force. Your courier will depend on the category/weight of your item, your location, and what time you order. Your item is posted in an a discrete courier bag or cardboard box. Your item will have a tracking number, and will need to be signed for.
How can I track my package?
A: When your payment is processed you will be emailed a tracking number and the name of the courier. Please be aware that when you receive your tracking number, your item may not have been picked up by the driver yet and therefore not imputed into their system. If you attempt to track your package and receive the message, "Tracking number could not be found", please wait a few hours and try again. This would have given the courier enough time to collect from me and take your package to a depot, where tracking can begin. Use the links or telephone numbers below to track your package.

What if I need Saturday delivery?
A: Saturday delivery is expensive so please order early. However, if you need next day Saturday delivery please call our operators so that we can give you the most up to date courier/ Royal Mail prices. Tel: 0845 4595714.
What if I need a VAT receipt?
A: All orders come with a receipt. If you need a receipt for your accounts with the VAT please call or email us. We can post, fax, or email a copy to you quickly.
