Terms & Conditions: Please read prior to purchase.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase these items. By purchasing from this site you verify that you are 18 years or older. If you purchase or supply us with false date of birth you are committing an offence. Therefore, if you are under 18 leave this site immediately.

We require age verification from every person involved in an order. This includes the purchaser (card or PayPal account holder) and intended recipient. If you have not yet verified your age with us you will be asked to email us a scan/photo of ID (driving licence, passport) for each named party. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by this but will work to process orders as quickly as possible once received. The name on the order must exactly match the name on the ID.

There is currently a cap of 240 chargers per retail customer/residential address in any 14 day period. Orders made exceeding this limit will be declined and the funds returned. Repeated attempts to order in excess of this limit will result in a permanent ban on all future orders. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time without prior notice.

Direct Cream staff understand that there is problems with people abusing nitrous oxide. We will refuse service to anyone who we suspect is intending to abuse the products we sell.

We are making you aware that nitrous oxide can cause health issues if inhaled. These issues can include; narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.

You must take precaution when supplying or using this product, and not provide it to those you suspect will abuse it. Use product as described in the manufacturer's user guides.

You must take precautions to ensure this product is not given to anyone under the age of 18.

Packaging & labeling of item must remain intended for catering and cooking purposes and not be labelled for any intent to abuse the product.

Once item is received you must be aware that item is compressed gas and must have proper storage and transportation for the hazardous nature of the nitrous oxide.

Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through the manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with all of our products.

When using a cream whipper, no more than 1 8g charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2 litre whipper, and no more than 2 8g chargers for a 1 litre whipper.

Important safety information:

Cream chargers contain Nitrous Oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.

EXPLOSION DANGER – do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature not to exceed 50C.

Do not dispose of full chargers as they could cause injury to others

Keep out of reach of children.

Pressurised gas cartridges must not be taken on board an aeroplane. No excuses, you may be prosecuted.



 

Payment:

Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery. All of our prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered company. All orders include a receipt. 

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

We use PayPal check out as they are the fast and secure way to purchase on line. You can also use your credit/debit card directly through our safe check out system. Your credit/debit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

Shipping and postage:

We will need to verify your age before we are able to ship your order. You will need to email us a scan/photo of ID (driving licence, passport). We are not liable for delivery delays caused by this.

All items ordered with Next Day Delivery Service, purchased (and age verified where necessary) before 4:00PM Monday to Friday are sent same day through DPD, ParcelForce or Royal Mail. Items dispatched with couriers are sent on a Next Day delivery service (Monday-Saturday) where available. This ensures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays. Our couriers do not collect on Weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders made after 4pm Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels. 

Saturday delivery is included in our standard delivery service (at no extra charge) however, this service is not available to certain areas of the UK. The exempted postcodes are shown below:


AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-63, KA27, KA28, KW0-14, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-50.

We offer DPD Two-day Delivery to these postcodes charged at the standard rate. This service does not include Saturdays.

Provide your telephone number on every order in case there are delivery or payment issues.

We only send packages to your card's billing address or your confirmed PayPal address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay the delivery and we cannot guarantee the change of address will be authorised by our security team.

If your package is damaged, check it thoroughly before accepting or do not accept the delivery.

​​​​​​​If you believe any items are missing, or you have received the wrong items please contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging and paper work. We will require photographs of the parcel, the delivery note and the courier shipping label. All claims will be investigated, however claims made without these are photographs are a risk of being denied at our discretion.

International orders, and off shore UK are not guaranteed next day, as nitrous oxide cannot be shipped via air. Off shore residence please contact us prior to ordering so we can quote you current postage rates.

If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courier first. You will be provided with a dispatch email from us once your item is posted, this email will have the name of the courier.

Items require a signature when the courier delivers. If you request item to be left without a signature you are doing this at your own risk. Seller will not be responsible if item is stolen, and buyer will need to follow up with police and courier. Your item will not be covered by us and we will waive the right to post out another item.

If you are not in the courier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courier, not us, to arrange redelivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 7 days your package will be returned to our offices. You will need to pay £6.95 and the postage cost for us to re-post your item.

Next Day Delivery is a service provided by the courier. We work hard to fulfil next day delivery requests. Seller holds no responsibility for delays in the couriers service once item is collected as promised. Next Day is a service not a guarantee and no refunds for unfortunate occasions when the service falters unless this will be covered by our courier.

Since our couriers take no financial responsibility for delays caused by weather, we will be unable to issue any refunds on shipping costs or compensation for orders dispatched on time but delayed while in transit.

Due to recent misuse issues with Nitrous Oxide we will NOT ship to the following places:
- University Halls of Residence
- Colleges
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Jersey (At the request of the Police)
- Parcel Drop centres/lockers

Returns:
If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage, the original postage charge will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. Nitrous Oxide boxes must not be opened. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.

If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.

Items must be recorded delivery or a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.

Occasionally we have special offers which may include a Free Whipper. Whippers have passed quality control before they are dispatched. Free Whippers are not covered under our returns or refunds policy, and do not have a guarantee.

General:

Seller may change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Seller may terminate agreement with buyer if any terms of Terms & Conditions are breached.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and buyer and may only be amended in writing.

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Seller for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

Seller may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

All products and services are subject to availability. Seller endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock. We will contact you with this issue and if you require a refund then we will do so.

Seller is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation. Buyer is responsible for all customs and excises taxes in their country.
