COVID-19 Order Processing- We are dispatching orders as normal.
Order before 4pm and your order will be dispatched same working day.
To comply with social distancing we are working with a skeleton staff at our warehouse. If you have a question about your order, feel free to chat or email. We will answer questions or return any unanswered messages within 24 hours.
Our couriers provide updated information on their services regularly. We have been working closely with them to keep your orders going out around the country as seamlessly as possible.

ParcelForce Service UpdatesShipping and Postage
All items ordered with Next Day Delivery Service, purchased (and age verified where necessary) before 4:00PM (Mon-Fri), are sent same day through DPD or ParcelForce. Items posted with couriers are sent on a Next Day delivery service (Mon-Sat) where available. This ensures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays. We do not have courier collections over the weekend. As a seller we are not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels and locate your item.
Saturday delivery is included in our standard delivery service (at no extra charge) however this is not available to certain areas. These postcodes are shown below:
AB31-35, AB41-54, AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-63, KA27, KA28, KW0-14, PA20-78, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-50.
We offer DPD Two-day delivery to these postcodes charged at the standard rate. This service does not include Saturdays.
Provide your (mobile) telephone number on every order in case there are delivery or payment issues. This will also enable the courier to send you text updates about your parcel.
We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. In most circumstances our security checks will only allow parcels to be dispatched to the cardholders billing address or registered/confirmed PayPal address.
If your package is damaged, do not accept delivery.
If you believe any items are missing or you have received the wrong items contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging and paper work. We will require photographs of the parcel, the delivery note and the courier shipping label before we will be able to resolve any issues. All claims will be investigated however claims made without these are at risk of being denied, at our discretion.
Most of our items cannot currently be shipped off of Mainland UK. We are unable to process or dispatch any orders for Nitrous Oxide to the following postcode areas:
TR21-25, HS1-9, KW15-17, ZE1-3, BT, IM, GY, JE
If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courier first. You can obtain the tracking information from our online chat team by providing your order number and postcode. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help however we can to ensure a successful delivery.
Items require a signature when the courier delivers. We cannot ask the courier to leave it in a safe location and if you request item to be left without a signature you are doing this at your own risk. As a seller will not be responsible if item is stolen, and buyer will need to follow up with police and the courier. Your item will not be covered by us and we will waive the right to post out another item. If you need a package posted to a work address, or a day time address for you let us know, we will try to accommodate requests but we use a computerised security system that (in general) will only allow delivery to the cardholders/registered PayPal address
If you are not in the courier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courier, not us, to arrange redelivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 7-10 days your package will be returned to our offices. You will need to pay £6.99 and the postage cost for us to re-send your item.
Next Day Delivery is a service provided by the courier. We work hard to full fill next day delivery requests, but seller has no responsibility for delays in the couriers service once item is collected timely. Next Day is a service not a guarantee and no refunds for occasions of misfortune when the service falters.
If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. Nitrous Oxide boxes must not be opened. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.
If an order is returned or recalled due to suspected misuse any refunds issued will be minus the initial delivery costs.
If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
Items must be recorded delivery or a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.
