Mixlife Caramel Syrup 1 Litre
Rich, buttery caramel with a clean finish and no burnt edge. This is the caramel a coffee shop actually pours: rounded enough to carry a double espresso, sweet enough to hold up through ice and milk.
Two pumps into the cup before the shot and you have a caramel latte that tastes like the one you queue for. It behaves just as well cold, which is where most caramel syrups thin out and disappear.

How much to use
About 20ml is coffee-shop strength. Use 10ml for a subtler note and 30ml for frappes and milkshakes. A one litre bottle gives you roughly 50 drinks at 20ml, and it fits the Bobalife syrup pump, sold separately.
